- 1810 Rutherford County, Tennessee Census
The 1810 census lists only the head of household while listing everyone else in that household as a numerical statistic. Most of the 1810 census for Tennessee was lost, so this one is quite precious. This census had two enumerators: "Richard Roberts" has been scratched out and underneath is written "Ezekiel Pickford". While transcribing this census, I have very diligently tried to decipher every name and statistic correctly. However, we all know there will be errors. Please feel free to let me know if I have made an error. I welcome your corrections. I have created the page numbers to correspond with the printed page numbers listed on the bottom of the original census pages. Please be aware, I am still working on this census. All names are listed but the statistics are not complete yet and all names are not yet indexed. Thanks for your patience.
